30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return
Returning an item is easy:
- Contact our customer service team at customerassistance@rongreys.com to initiate your return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include your order number and return reason
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as received
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
